Like many others I started fishing when I was a kiddo with my mom and dad. 365 days a year of ice fishing or sitting by the bridge those summer days fishing after perch and roach. Fishing was the only thing I wanted to do.
When I got older my parents tried to give me other passions in life. I tried horseback riding, tennis classes and golfing, but I always ended up by my favorite lake by the end of the day. Despite their effort, nothing seemed to catch my interest as much as the fishing rod. Finally, they settled with the fact that they had given birth to a fishing nerd.
In 2012 I graduated from the Sportfishing Academy and since then I have been traveling and fishing as much as possible. Today I love to write some sentences on how my fishing turned out, and I even have the luck to get some of my texts published in different fishing and outdoor magazines.

In between writing fishing articles, tying flies and organizing activities, I´m also studying to become a forest manager.
But first of all, I fish - as much as I possible can.
